After a short visit of the place, you will have the pleasure to discover a selection of delicious seasonal cheeses from the renowned Meilleur Ouvrier de France Rodolphe Le Meunier and their subtle pairing with wines from the castle's own vineyard.
Geoffrey will guide guests through the tasting, explaining the unique flavour profiles of each wine and cheese pairing and providing insights into the art of food and wine pairing.
