Ready for an unforgettable adventure? Experience a sunset hot air balloon gastronomic journey, where flavors meet landscapes.

In partnership with Zone Libre Envol and le Bistrot'Quai

Meet at 6pm at a charming riverside bistrot for a warm welcome with wine and appetizers and participate to the air balloon preparation.

Follow Phileas Fogg's footsteps aboard the balloon, marvel at Loire Valley's beauty.
Depending on the weather conditions, your trip could take you over iconic sites such as Chenonceau, Amboise, Chaumont-sur-Loire and many more.

Your journey will conclude with the colors of the sunset and a dessert pairing with craft beer.

Indulge a unique tasting led by Geoffrey Nivard, with the colours of the sunset. Discover 3 prestigious local wines, elegantly paired with 3 seasonal cheeses from our partner Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Rodolphe Le Meunier. The tasting will conclude with a sweet pairing with a local craft beer from our partner Art Is An Ale Brewing.
