Embark on a unique day trip to Les Brebis du Lochois farm led by Geoffrey Nivard, Gourmet expert.

Immerse yourself in a traditional and family-owned farm on the banks of the Indre River and their atypic breeding of sheep. 

During this special day, guests will have the opportunity to witness the skilled work of shepherd dogs gathering the sheep. They will also participate in milking sessions and witness the creation of Brosse au Thym cheese, a fresh and unique sheep's milk cheese infused with thyme.

After a relaxing moment on a riverside guinguette adorned with some local pastries and a blind game, guests will be treated with Geoffrey’s iconic cheese and wine tasting experience.

As the late afternoon approaches, Geoffrey Nivard will treat you to his iconic cheese and wine tasting experience. He will pair some of the finest organic wines from the Loire Valley with the exquisite cheeses crafted by Rodolphe Le Meunier, who has earned the titles of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France) and Meilleur Fromager International (Best International Cheese Maker).
